Beech wood chips are excellent for smoking and grilling beef, pork, and lamb.
The chips do not contain any impregnating or preservative substances; they are pure wood with ideal moisture due to water content below 11%.
We store them in a dry and cool environment.
Product usage
Use it for smoking: place the wood inside the smoker, or on top of the kiln, or spread it around the coals - depending on the type of smoke.
Do not place it directly on a heat source, as it will start burning immediately.
For grilling: spread a layer of chips about 2 cm thick around the hot coals, and if the grill has a lid, close it immediately.
