Very expensive in Greece. Obviously, this is not a Pro version. It is the 112 Slim Select, meaning the cheap version of the classic large 112 Ranger.
It came very sharp from the factory, but I think the thumb stud doesn't help much since it is a lock-back. Once it opens ~30 degrees with the thumb, it meets significant resistance from the backlock mechanism, and you risk your finger slipping towards the edge.
Thumb studs are excellent for any other locking mechanism with a small detent ball, but for this one, I believe it requires a two-handed opening.
Average steel 420HC, but as always with Buck, it has excellent heat treatment.
