The story of the distillery begins in 1893 in Southwestern Greece, in the city of Patras, with pioneering work by Panagiotis N. Agouridis. Here, enthusiasts of camaraderie and faithful continuers of tradition began to produce and bottle Ouzo with rudimentary means, and later, Tentoura.
