    Amazing pan, just like the whole Earth series. Non-stick, excellent texture of the handle which resembles wood and does not heat up, I would like it to have a lid or at least be sold separately. However, it remains an excellent purchase.
    EDIT: October '23. The surface got scratched and "cracked" even though I only use wooden spoons. It ended up being recycled because it is obviously unhealthy. What a shame.
