Assembly Difficulty: 8/10. It took me about 1 hour. You need a screwdriver and the package includes 12 screws.
Size: 7.5/10. I expected it to be slightly larger in the grilling surface, not that it is small for a family or even for guests. It can fit about 10 steaks.
Material Quality: 8.5/10. Very good quality materials, especially the non-stick plate. It is also aesthetically pleasing for the balcony where I have it. It is very sturdy and has no issues with assembly, it sits perfectly. No issues with air circulation, etc.
Grilling: 10/10! Amazing! And very fast. The meats were cooked in 15-20 minutes including preheating. Juicy, with very good flavor! The plate is top-notch and super non-stick. The only thing you need to be careful about is to place fatty meats on the part of the surface that has ridges, so that the fats can easily drain through the special groove it has and not stay on the surface. If you have fatty meats everywhere, no problem, just use a little paper to remove the oils/fats before cleaning it.
Ease of Use: 10/10. Very easy to move around, the lid is very practical as it can be closed during grilling if desired.
Cleaning: 9/10. The removable grilling surface is very practical. Under the sink, it can be washed in 2-3 minutes and you're done.

Το μόνο που πρέπει να προσέξεις ειναι να βάλεις τα λιπαρα κρέατα στο μέρος της επιφάνειας που έχει ραβδωσεις, ώστε να φεύγουν τα λίπη πιο εύκολα από το ειδικο αυλάκι που έχει και να μην μένουν πάνω στην επιφάνεια. Αν έχεις παντού λιπαρά κρέατα, κανενα πρόβλημα, απλά στο καθάρισμα θα πρέπει με λίγο χαρτί να πάρεις τα λάδια-λιπη, πριν την πλυνεις.
