    I didn't see any difference even though I exercise daily, I have cut out sweets, and my diet is balanced. It caused bloating in my stomach, so it was a waste of money

    I bought it mainly to lose some weight for my vacation, combined with intense walking and reducing my food intake.....the result was negative and since I started taking it, I noticed a terrible underarm odor....I didn't change my deodorant at all...I do not recommend it.
