    I have tried twice to make ice cream, different recipes, but both times the bowl had thawed before the ice cream reached the proper freezing point to go into the freezer. At best, it barely turns into cream. For this amount of money, it is completely unacceptable.

Γνωρίζει κάποιος αν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε παλαιότερες κουζινομηχανές ? έχω την Chef titanium KMC050 και είχα την παλαιότερη παγωτομηχανή (ΑΤ956Α) που όμως χάλεσε και θα ήθελα να την αντικαταστήσω.

Σύμφωνα με το manual, η σειρά KMC δεν υποστηρίζεται. Περίεργο βέβαια αυτό για την Kenwood να μην υποστηρίζει τα παλιά της μοντέλα.
