The game is extremely entertaining, it has a very good soundtrack, especially if you like rock and metal music, and its style is similar to that of the homonymous movies. Few bugs and glitches in the handling, as long as it was my fault though. One negative aspect is the relatively small variety of enemies, hence the 4 stars. If you find it on sale like I did, get it with your eyes closed. Guaranteed entertainment for several hours with 20-25 euros.

Overall, it is worth its money because it is a complete game that delivers exactly what it promises. In terms of storytelling, it is very strong as the guardians are well portrayed and the plot is interesting. But the strongest aspect is the dynamic between the characters (the chemistry, that is).

As for gameplay, it is great. You have control over Star Lord but can give commands to the whole team. If you have a PS4, expect some frame drops and maybe a few crashes, although I can't remember if it happened. The only downside for me is the performance on older consoles. Despite that, it is worth it and has very nice graphics.

+Plus, it is offline only with no microtransactions anywhere

The music is wonderful, with classic 80s songs that suit the game and create a different atmosphere. Suitable for children of all ages, although I believe teenage players will love it even more. The only drawback I found is the incredible wait for the checkpoint to load after a defeat, at least on the PS4 slim that I have.

Very well-written and will definitely satisfy fans of Marvel comics. Very nice graphics, but sometimes the animations in the optional scenes are somewhat awkward. The soundtrack is excellent, following the 80s' recipe that the movies have. Otherwise, it has quite a few indifferent to somewhat annoying bugs. I didn't encounter any hard crashes, but I had to reload 4-5 times. It also "bugged" and had a trophy. In performance mode, the game runs well at 60fps, but occasionally I noticed some small frame drops. In quality mode, the 30fps were stable, but I felt the game was "heavy". It probably suffers from input lag or at least gives that feeling. If you're a big fan and can't wait, go for it. If you can wait for them to "fix" it a bit with updates, it will be worth it because otherwise it's a very beautiful, well-written game with enjoyable gameplay, although quite easy on normal at least from what I played.

Edit: 30/11/21 I decided to play the game again to try to get the trophy that had "bugged". I don't know what's happening, but the updates on the PS5 have ruined the game. Countless visual and audio bugs, glitches, and reloads because it's stuck somewhere and the game doesn't progress. Such a shame!
