Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher airflow than original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the pressure loss of airflow passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully exploiting maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter is very lightweight, made from the best raw materials, and enhances performance. Braided alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to air humidity. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, producing the red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risks of breakage. This system, known as "Full Molding," comes from Research & Development in F1 and is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
