Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher air flow than original paper filters. BMC fiberglass filters minimize the pressure loss of air flow passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully utilizing maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to produce air filters. A filter must be very lightweight, made from the best raw materials, and improve performance. For this reason, woven alloys with epoxy coating are used to protect against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to air moisture. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for the best possible air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the familiar red BMC filters. They are manufactured as a single piece without welded joints at the corners, thus avoiding breakage risks. This system, known as "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
