Ναι κάνει για Heavy casting και όχι μόνο..
Το μόνο πού χρειάζεται είναι στον κεντρικό γάντζο να κρεμάσεις το ανάλογο βάρος.. ( υπάρχουν βάρη ανάλογα στην αγορά) εναλλακτικά ένα κουβά με νερό.... ??
