Copper paste CU 800.

  • Highly adhesive, separating and anti-corrosive copper paste that is extremely resistant to high temperatures and high pressures.
  • High resistance.
  • Resistant to water, diluted acids, and alkalis.
  • Great and long-lasting lubricating effect.
  • Provides long-term protection against burning and seizing, cold welding, wear, corrosion, and friction corrosion.
  • Silicone and AOX-free.
  • Do not apply to brake discs or brake pads.
  • Backs of brake disc pads (prevents squeaking), installation of components and individual parts.
  • Protection of contact, MIG welding nozzles (prevents bead formation).
  • Prevents the welding of solid seals.
  • Screw connections (multiple extraction screws, spark plug threads, etc.), bearings, pivot points, joints, sliding surfaces.

Instructions for Use:

  • Clean the components that will undergo processing with brake cleaner.
  • The components must be clean, dry, free of dust, and grease.
  • Apply a thin and uniform layer of CU 800.
