Στην προτελευταία η την τελευταία. Θα πρέπει να κα εις δοκιμές να δεις πως βγαίνει ο καφές. Αν τρέχει πολύ λίγος καφές τότε είναι λεπτοκομμενος. Αν τρέχει πολύς πρέπει να τον κόψεις πιο λεπτά.
