All Ferodo fluids are glycol ether-based compositions and are suitable for use in brakes and clutches. Additionally, FERODO SUPER FORMULA has the following features:

- Leading market high wet and dry boiling temperature
- Very low corrosion, with additives for greater compatibility with Mg parts
- Low rubber swelling
- Extremely low viscosity for a racing fluid with such a high boiling temperature (falls within DOT 4 specifications for road use)
- Extremely high lubricity → reduces wear on clutch components even in problematic applications
- Dry boiling: 328°C
- Wet boiling: 200°C
