Δυστυχώς όχι. Η διάμετρός τους είναι μικρότερη 21 η ,22 mm καί έτσι δεν μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν σε μπάρες ή αλτήρες μεγαλύτερης διαμέτρου.
Εννοείτε την μπάρα; Η μπάρα χωρίς τις βόλτες είναι 2εκ. Οι δίσκοι έχουν διαφορετικές διαμέτρους ανάλογα με το βάρος.
