    I use this belt on a daily basis. Initially, it was very good in terms of fit BUT, after 1 month of daily use, the Velcro has worn out. I mean the tiny plastic "hooks" of the Velcro, they have bent or broken, resulting in one of the 2 elastic bands that adjust the tightness no longer holding. I bought a second one, but the same thing happened exactly. Maybe for occasional use, it could last a while, but I would not recommend it for daily use.
