αυτο συνηθως εχει να κανει με την ρυθμιση του κινητου ! πχ στα iphone και πλεον στα περισσοτερα samsung υπαρχει ρυθμιση στην μπαταρια να σταματαει η φορτιση στο 80% οποτε δεν εχει σχεση με το power bank κατα πασα πιθανοτητα !
