Induction Cooktop Features

In induction cooktops, the cooking surface heats only under the cookware, using less than half the energy compared to standard cooktops. Cooking on an induction cooktop provides faster heating, improved thermal efficiency, and more precise control. Compared to conventional electric cooktops, induction cooktops can even halve the cooking time while consuming significantly less energy.

Induction cooktops are known for their extremely easy cleaning, as they only require a wipe with a damp cloth. Since only the cookware heats up, any spills on the cooktop surface do not burn.

Visually, the induction cooktop looks very similar to the ceramic one, but it uses electromagnetism instead of electricity. For this reason, special cookware with a magnetic base is required.

Έχοντας εμπειρία στο μαγείρεμα σε επαγωγικές εστίες από προηγούμενη αγορά αποφάσισα να μην δαπανήσω όσα χρήματα είχα δώσει την πρώτη φορά. Δεν θα έμπαινα στον κόπο να κάνω αξιολόγηση αλλά μου έκανε απίστευτη εντύπωση ότι δεν έχουμε δει καμία διαφορά στον τρόπο λειτουργίας με την άλλη μας εστία διπλάσιας αξίας. Μαγειρεύει στον μισό χρόνο από τις συμβατικές εστίες και καθαρίζεται πανεύκολα. Σίγουρα αξίζει τα χρήματα της και με το παραπάνω.

Έχοντας εμπειρία στο μαγείρεμα σε επαγωγικές εστίες από προηγούμενη αγορά αποφάσισα να μην δαπανήσω όσα χρήματα είχα δώσει την πρώτη φορά. Δεν θα έμπαινα στον κόπο να κάνω αξιολόγηση αλλά μου έκανε απίστευτη εντύπωση ότι δεν έχουμε δει καμία διαφορά στον τρόπο λειτουργίας με την άλλη μας εστία διπλάσιας αξίας. Μαγειρεύει στον μισό χρόνο από τις συμβατικές εστίες και καθαρίζεται πανεύκολα. Σίγουρα αξίζει τα χρήματα της και με το παραπάνω.
