Διαβαζονται μεσα σε 2 μερες κι εχεις μια πρωτη εικονα για το τι να περιμενεις και πως να το διαχειριστεις. Απο εκει και περα, το προσαρμοζεις στις αναγκες του δικου σου παιδιου και τις δικες σου.

Η "Καταπληκτική μαμά" είναι μία καταπληκτική σειρά βιβλίων που η αρχή τους είναι κυρίως οι μαμάδες. Οι άνθρωποι αυτοί που ξαφνικά αλλάζει η ζωή τους, χωρίς πολλές φορές να είναι έτοιμες για όλα αυτά...
Δίνει λοιπόν πρακτικές συμβουλές σε κάθε νέα μαμά να γνωρίσει, να φροντίσει και να αγαπήσει τον εαυτό της. Πρώτα, πρέπει να βρει τρόπους για να διαχειριστεί το δικό της άγχος και θυμό, πριν αντιμετωπίσει το άγχος και τον θυμό των παιδιών της.

Επειδή τα παιδάκια μου είναι ήδη πέντε χρονών, επέλεξα το βιβλίο που αντιστοιχεί στην συγκεκριμένη ηλικιακή ομάδα, 3-6 ετών. Το διάβασα μέσα σε μία εβδομάδα και μετά το ξαναδιάβασα και σημείωσα τα πιο σημαντικά σημεία!
Ένα πράγμα είναι σίγουρο... Δεν είναι καθόλου εύκολο να κατανοήσεις και να μεγαλώσεις ένα παιδί. Θέλει συνεχή υπομονή, επιμονή, μεγάλη ενέργεια, σεβασμό και καθημερινή προσπάθεια.
Ένα θέμα που με απασχολούσε πολύ είναι η συνεχόμενη γκρίνια, ο ανταγωνισμός και η ζήλια ανάμεσα στα δίδυμα αγοράκια μου. Διάβασα πρακτικές λύσεις με αληθινά παραδείγματα, για να υπάρχει καθημερινά ηρεμία στο σπίτι μου, χωρίς εντάσεις.
Η "Καταπληκτική μαμά" δεν είναι ακόμα μία σειρά βιβλίων γεμάτα φιλοσοφίες, που δεν μπορείς να εφαρμόσεις στην πραγματικότητα. Σίγουρα θα διαβάσω και τα υπόλοιπα βιβλία...
Μία φράση που κράτησα από αυτό το βιβλίο είναι: "Καταπληκτική μαμά είναι η ευτυχισμένη μαμά"!
Και σίγουρα, εγώ θέλω να νιώθω ευτυχισμένη μαζί με τα παιδάκια μου...
