This certifies Sibona's great past, prestige, and quality. Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona SpA is located in the Roero area, a few kilometers from Alba.

The selection of the best grapes in the area, as well as precise distillation, contribute to the high quality of Sibona's grappas. The two oenologists who have been working in distillation for years offer experience and knowledge, while the elimination of the first and last part of the distillates ensures the excellence of the product.

The long aging period in barrels makes the grappas not only softer and more pleasant but also more complex in terms of taste and aroma.
