    I mainly use it for sealing heterogeneous materials (usually brass with iron) along with hemp because using it alone has caused me issues... Consult the manufacturer's instructions for curing times. Personally, I try to leave it for a day to dry before applying water, but if I'm in a hurry, I at least try to let it sit for an hour. It does need its time, though. The components come apart easily after a while if needed (not like the red one). It works for heating; I use it on radiators-switches to keep my mind at ease. Health
