The Fit & Shape Green Coffee & L-Carnitine food supplement combines green coffee extract and L-carnitine in drinkable ampoules. Each 25 ml ampoule contains 3,000 mg of L-carnitine and 625 mg of green coffee extract. L-carnitine contributes to fat metabolism, while green coffee extract contains chlorogenic acids.

The recommended intake is one ampoule 30–45 minutes before exercise. Due to its green coffee content, taking it late in the evening may cause sleep disturbances. The product also contains vitamin C and selenium, while its flavour comes from flavourings and sweeteners.
