Very good flour… you feel like you are eating real bread.
It was so successful that the third loaf I made was stolen by my dog and he thoroughly enjoyed it… :)

The best flour I have ever tried!
I make it with just water, oil, and salt, I form it into a ball and finish it in the pan like Arabic bread!
It is nutritionally dense, unprocessed, does not contain chemicals, has fewer chromosomes than other flours
And less gluten.

I use it for making bread and it is indeed very tasty. The short expiration date is an encouraging factor confirming the fact that it is indeed whole and organic.

I really enjoy Zea grain based products, and I like to bake my own bread. I used this flour in my own recipe that was mixed with a Canadian white all-purpose flour, and of a "no-knead" style. It turned out wonderful! I was even told it was the best loaf of bread I have ever made.

Very good flour, the bread is very tasty. When my father eats Zeas bread, his sugar doesn't increase in his daily measurement. Very good for diabetics.

The most delicious corn flour I have ever tasted. No comparison to what everyone considers the best. Lithomilos is superior by far!

I am very satisfied with this product. Once a month, I make 5-6 kilograms of dough for toast, portion it, and freeze it. Whenever I want to eat it, I take it out, toast it in a toaster, and it's something else. It's real homemade bread. For a year now, I have forgotten what it means to buy ready-made bread. For me, it falls into the category of Superfood...

poppy seed
white sesame seed
rolled oats, either Zea or plain

Greek product, from a local producer, freshly cut and at an excellent price.
In 2 days in my hands from Alexandroupoli to Athens.

I use it everywhere now in all my recipes, both with wholemeal and white flour. Awesome flour. I would buy it again.

It is excellent if you don't mind the scattered wheat bran in the flour (if it bothers you, you can sift it) and if you have space to store it in the refrigerator, because when I kept it outside the refrigerator, it got moldy the first time. Since I started storing it in the refrigerator, I haven't had any problems, even after the expiration date. Alternatively, you can buy smaller packages. Taste-wise, however, it is far superior to the equivalent standardized products in the supermarket.

Very nice flour. It has been tested plain as well as mixed with yellow flour and whole grain. Both with yeast and with sourdough. Nice result and taste. Good price compared to all those that are available. Always for retail purchase of course.

I have already used 25 kilos to make delicious homemade bread and those who have tried it have been amazed!
