Προσωπικά χρησιμοποιώ το TP-LINK UB400 και οι ήχοι ακούγονται χωρίς καθυστερήσεις. Επίσης, σε περίπτωση συνεχών παύσεων ήχου απενεργοποιούμε τις επιλογές των Media Session Service στην καρτέλα chrome://flags.
