Guys, I put it up in Pangrati in an apartment building that faces Hymettus. I moved it around for about ten minutes, and in the end, hidden at the base of the TV inside, it was receiving perfectly. Mystery: but it picks up everything. So 5 out of 5.

Very slick device with a strong magnet so easy to stick to metal surfaces.

As you can see in the photo it's afixed sideways at street level surrounded by 10 story buildings in metaxourghio but still works :)

In order for the antenna to get reception, I improvised and placed it on the window facing the mountain from where it receives signal. Inside the room, it didn't get any reception. On the second floor.

I placed it in my office, in the Holargos area. Ten centimeters from the interior wall, next to an interior door, on the first floor. It didn’t get good reception. I moved it to touch the said interior wall. It receives everything and very well.

Congratulations. Excellent, economical and gives excellent signal. Within Athens in an apartment. It has a long cable and does not need to be connected to power.

I bought it for use on a balcony, wasted money! It didn't catch anything anywhere, no matter where I put it, high, low, on another more open balcony, still nothing! Better to spend 10-15€ more but have something that works!

It obviously needs to "see" the antennas of the TV stations to perform. I placed it on the 3rd floor in the center of Thessaloniki, on a relatively wide street (Venizelou), and whatever channel it picked up essentially didn't play. I can't say I didn't expect this; I just thought I would try it based on some comments. If you are not in a direct line of sight with the antennas of the stations, you probably shouldn't buy it.

Update of the 1st review. I got the same antenna again to take it to the cottage in a seaside village in Chania, among trees and reeds. It immediately received all the digital channels with perfect picture!!

Excellent and quality antenna with a magnetic base! It comes with a coaxial cable and 2 adapters for digital output-input. I installed it on the EON receiver and it gets all the channels perfectly!

If you put it in a village, at most it can only catch the ERT channels, it tries to catch the Digea SD channels, but after a while it stops catching. In order to catch the Digea SD channels in a village with an indoor antenna, you have to take it outside. But it's better to keep it inside to avoid overheating and the TV catching fire. I had to wrap it with aluminum foil in order to somehow catch the Digea SD channels.

Alimos area, 4th floor. On one TV in a room facing Ymittos everything is fine, in the room facing Piraeus it barely gets a good reception

I was led to buy this specific antenna based on the comments and the low price. For my own use in a semi-basement, wherever I placed it, whether it was high or low next to a window, etc., it never worked. It may have been defective, perhaps, but I wouldn't be able to recommend it.

A 5-meter cable that is both aesthetically pleasing and doesn't catch anything at all... with a more expensive antenna, I can pick up 30 channels. This one can't stand still wherever you put it because it is round and inconvenient. I wasted my money on this.

Unfortunately, I couldn't manage to get any channels on any of the three TVs I tried, while on one of them with an internal antenna from another company (just €10 more expensive), it caught them all.

In Kato Patissia, on the 5th floor, I received 40 channels.

Try it with the 5-meter cable included, place it as high as possible. Even half a meter makes a difference.

The worst thing that exists, I tried another one from a friend who bought it for 5 euros and got 40+ channels, in the same area I bought this one and got 0 channels! I also tried it in 2 other houses in different areas of Attica. 0 channels. Simply for throwing away or for another use...

It should have visual contact with the transmitter. I placed it near a window and connected it to an amplifier I had. Because it didn't play the HDs.

It was installed in a multi-storey building in a 3rd floor apartment across from Mount Hymettus and it picked up about 40 channels with a relatively good signal. Just unfold the entire length of the cable for better reception because if it is coiled up, it hardly picks up anything.

Easy installation, it definitely needs a window and to be placed high. I hung it on the window and immediately caught all the channels..... Unfortunately, now that it's winter, I can't hang it there and so it doesn't catch anything... Let's go buy another one

For its price, it is not bad at all. It comes with a 3-meter cable, but I had to extend it in order to place it outside the apartment (center of Athens) for a stable performance. The image is excellent, as long as the antenna "sees" an outdoor space.

I am on the first floor and at the point where I took the photo, I also had my old antenna and it only works there. In any other spot, even outside on the balcony, if I put it there because it has a long cable, it doesn't catch anything. So if it doesn't move from this point, everything is fine, it catches everything. And especially for the money, it's worth the risk.

Kifissia area is perfect for outdoor space (balcony or yard) and very easy to install with the magnetic base.

It was installed in the living room on the 3rd floor in Marousi, 2 meters from the balcony door with an eastern orientation.

5 out of 5. It captures everything in HD, SD but not 5.1 sound of course. (It may not even withstand the bandwidth with a cable) Occasionally, it may produce some artifacts and interference, but only on a few channels.

The important thing is the area and less the product. If you have weak signal, get an amplifier or an outdoor antenna. A diagnostic test with dB can help you make your decision.

Easy installation and it catches the channels just fine..... I am on the 1st floor without any building in front of my apartment and on an elevation... I had some concerns from some reviews but due to the cheap product, I decided to give it a try and see what happens.... I should note that I am on an island... All good, everything is fine

Unfortunately, what you pay is what you get. No signal at all in a village where a four times more expensive antenna works perfectly fine

It was placed on the television and it didn't catch anything. I don't know if something specific went wrong. Anyway, for what was purchased, it was not worth it at all

I live in an elevated ground floor in Athens, in Ampelokipoi. The antenna catches perfectly without even raising it to a higher position. The TV is next to a window and it picks up even the HD and national channels. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

Influenced by the reviews, I decided to buy the product. 0 signal in a city on the second floor, placed near a balcony door and window, not even ERT1. Money wasted. What a shame

Guys, those of you who are getting it, also get an extension cord to put it next to the balcony or outside the balcony. That's what I did and it works perfectly. I got a three-meter extension cord, it's cheap, only 3 euros

Advice to anyone interested because I bought it today and I am satisfied.
If it is placed near a window or a door that looks outside and there are no big obstacles in front of your building that significantly obstruct your view, get it with your eyes closed. Also, if you live on the third floor or above (I am on the second floor but I have few obstacles). Whether it is going to be placed indoors or there are obstacles such as tall apartment buildings between you and the transmitter, it may not work. Nevertheless, the downside is small due to its low price.
