It does a fantastic job and sharpens better than other cheaper "double" 1000/6000, so don't be fooled; buy two quality stones, 1000 & 4000, to get the job done right. I made the mistake with the "double" stone and now I work like this: I first go from 1000 to 6000 and finish with the quality 4000, achieving the best result.
Κάνει φοβερή δουλειά και ακονίζει καλύτερα από άλλες φθηνότερες «διπλές» 1000/6000, οπότε μην σας ξεγελάνε· αγοράστε δύο ποιοτικές πέτρες, 1000 & 4000, για να γίνεται σωστή δουλειά. Εγώ την πάτησα με τη «διπλή» πέτρα και πλέον δουλεύω έτσι: περνάω πρώτα από 1000 σε 6000 και τελειώνω με την ποιοτική 4000, έχοντας το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα.
