When you place a phone on it and start recording, you have to wait a few seconds for it to stabilize, or alternatively, you have to press the record button very, very gently, being careful not to move it. Otherwise, it has 3 different "intensities" of light: warm, cool, and an intermediate one. It does its job in that regard. Also, the phone mount, although it seems easy, often makes your life difficult as the phone rotates. I don't know if I'm describing it well, but anyone who uses it will understand. It has more than 2 slots for phones so you can record with more than 2 devices, but with the 2 I tried, I also struggled to find the right spots for the camera so that one wouldn't block the other. Finally, in this case, all phones need to be recorded vertically and not horizontally. I would suggest someone buy a separate tripod for their device and get a corresponding one that will be used only for lighting.
