    I wanted to replace the old fans that sounded like a tractor. Finally, after installing these 2, I found my peace. In a completely quiet house, you can't even hear a sound. You literally have to put your ear to the box to hear something very faint and distant. Beautiful, quiet, and cheap. Exactly what I wanted.
