General use/maintenance instructions:

• Before using the product, remove all tags and stickers. Clean it with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• The use of "spray oil" is not recommended.
• Select the right size cooktop and center the cookware over the heat source.
• For INDUCTION cookware, place them on the correct hob according to the diameter.
• Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Never fry fatty foods to the point of burning.
• Use wooden, plastic, or silicone cooking utensils.
• Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Check the handles before use.
• Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish soap is recommended.
• In a dishwasher, use mild detergents and economy cycles.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
• Rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.
• Caution: Do not overheat the cookware when empty.
• Let it cool before cleaning.
• Use protective gloves during cleaning.
• Avoid sliding cookware over a ceramic hob.
• Ensure the bases of the cookware and the hob surface are clean before cooking.
