A marriage of selected sherry casks creates this rich and fruity expression. Each year, the batch of Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is unique, sourced from the finest American and Spanish oak barrels, some of which have been seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximenez. The result of this aging is a deeper and more flavorful whisky. Filled with dark stone fruits and a hint of toasted almonds, followed by a peppery, oaky spice. No chill filtering, with natural color.
