It has a glossy surface, rounded corners and a rolled rim for easy handling and cleaning. It is suitable for convection ovens and grills, can be stored in the refrigerator, and is dishwasher-safe. For a longer lifespan, hand-washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Made in Greece and recyclable.
