In the positives:
I bought it for Xbox Series X in early May '24.
Out of the box, it needs an update through the Revolution-X application that you download from the Xbox Store and PC.
To unlock its virtues and appreciate its tremendous capabilities for both PC and Xbox, you need to give it some time to learn.
To play amazingly, I realized that in order to give you the excellent performance in FPS, you need to set the dedzone inputs in the application for the sticks with the exact same values as the thumbsticks in the controller settings of each game.
This is not just a controller with hall effect sticks.
We're talking about a controller that has, as very few do on the market, precision sticks.
Before you aim, it has already locked onto the opponent! However, to fully enjoy this advantage against opponents, you need to find the right stick configuration.
The default setup for FPS games in the application is not bad, but if you create your own profile for FPS games, you will realize how much better it is to customize the Nacon rev-X to your preferences.
In the negatives:
WARNING:
To change the caps on the thumbsticks and place the wider ones that come in the package, there is a risk of causing damage to the thumbstick mechanism.
I experienced it myself.
The caps of the thumbsticks require a lot of force to pull them upwards, resulting in me causing damage. I felt like the entire mechanism of the right stick came loose from its position and afterwards, the right stick started drifting uncontrollably.
However, the mother company won't tell you that!
I immediately sent it for repair to KOTSOVOLO, and they returned it to me after 1 month with a note stating that they did not find any damage, but the controller was working fine again with the crappy thumbsticks that I... reinstalled before sending it to them!
So, something smells fishy here.
Until today, in July '24, after the service, it plays incredibly well.
For its price, it outperforms much more expensive controllers.
I highly recommend it, with the only warning not to attempt to install the replacement caps for the thumbsticks. You will definitely cause damage.
What it comes with from the beginning is just fine.

Το αγορασα για XBOX SERIES X αρχες Μαϊου '24.
Οut of the box χρειαζεται update μεσω της εφαρμογης Revolution-X που κατεβαζεις στο xbox store και στο pc.
Για να ξεκλειδωσει τις αρετες του και να εκτιμησεις τις τρομερες δυνατοτητες του για pc αλλα και xbox πρεπει να του δωσεις λιγο χρονο να το μαθεις.
Για να παιξει εκπληκτικα, καταλαβα οτι για να σου δωσει την υπεροχη στα fps, πρεπει να σεταρεις τα dedzone inputs μεσα στην εφαρμογη για τα sticks με ακριβως τις ιδιες τιμες των thumbsticks μεσα στα controller settigns του εκαστοτε παιχνιδιου.
Προκειται οχι απλως για κοντρολλερ με hall effect sticks.
Μιλαμε για κοντρολλερ που διαθετει οπως πολυ λιγα αλλωστε στην αγορα, precision sticks.
Πριν σημαδεψεις εχει ηδη λοκαρει στον αντιπαλο! για να απολαυσεις ομως αυτο το ατου εναντι των αντιπαλων, πρεπει να βρεις λιγο το σωστο στησιμο των στικς.
Το default setup για fps games της εφαρμογης δεν ειναι ασκημο, αλλα αν κανεις create ενα δικο σου προφιλ για fps games θα διαπιστωσεις ποσο πολυ καλυτερα ειναι να φερεις το Nacon rev-X στα μετρα σου.

ΓΙα να αλλαξετε τα καπακια στα thumbsticks και να τοποθετησετε τα φαρδυτερα που εχει μεσα στην συσκευασια, ενεχει κινδυνο να προκαλεσετε ζημια στον μηχανισμο των thumbsticks.
Το επαθα εγω.
Τα καπακια των thumbsticks θελουν πολλη δυναμη για να τα τραβξηεις προς τα πανω, με αποτελεσμα να πρoκαλεσω ζημια, ενιωσα οτι ...ξεκολλησε ολοκληρος ο μηχανσμος του δεξιου stick απο την θεση του και μετα π' αυτο, το δεξι στικ ντριφταριζε σαν τρελο χωρις επιστροφη.
Δεν θα στο πουν ομως στην μαμα εταιρεια αυτο!
Το εστειλα αμεσως για επισκευη ΚΟΤΣΩΒΟΛΟ, μου το επεστρεψαν μετα 1 μηνα με τη σημειωση οτι δεν διαπιστωσαν βλαβη, αλλα το κοντρολλερ επαιζε παλι μια χαρα με τα μαμισια thumbsticks που του.. επανατοποθετησα πριν τους το στειλω!
οπότε, κατι βρωμαει εδω.
Μεχρι σημερα Ιουλιο '24 μετα το service παιζει εκπληκτικα καλα.
Για τα λεφτα του, βαζει κατω πολυ ακριβοτερα κοντρολλερς.
Το συστηνω αμνεπιφυλακτα, με μονη προειδοποιηση στο να μην επχειρησετε να τοποθετησετε τα ανταλλακτικα καπακια των thumbsticks. Θα κανετε ζημια οπωσδηποτε.
Αυτα που εχει πανω του απο την αρχη, ειναι μια χαρα.
