I bought this lock 2 months ago and I regret it.
At first, on the second day, it broke and the door of the building remained locked.
The locksmith who installed it easily bypassed it and replaced it with another one.

To open it from the outside with the intercom, you have to pull it out and then push it in. My children have learned how to do it, but when visitors come, I often have to go downstairs to show them because they can't get in!

I have seen it in 2 other buildings and the problem is the same there with the opening mechanism!

Για να ανοίξει από εξω με το θυροτηλεφωνο
πρέπει να τραβήξεις προς τα έξω και μετά να σπρώξεις.Τα παιδιά μου το έχουν μάθει αλλά όταν έρχονται επισκέπτες πολλές φορές κατεβαίνω για να τους το δειξω επειδή δεν μπορούν να μπουν!
Επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία δεν βρηκα,δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει στην κατά τα άλλα Ιταλική εταιρία
