Το δεύτερο.
το σπας και αδειάζεις το περιεχόμενο στο φαγητό
Σαν χάπι δίνεται, αλλά επειδή είναι μαλακή κάψουλα με υγρό, ίσως γίνεται κ άδειασμα στο φαγητό. Ομως, πιθανώς να χάνεται ποσότητα και ακόμη πιο πιθανό να μη θέλει να το φάει (εκτός κ αν είναι λαίμαργο), γιατί μάλλον δεν έχει πολύ καλή γεύση.
