See full descriptionThe Malatec night guard conforms to the dental arch and is used to relieve symptoms of bruxism, such as teeth clenching and pain. To shape it, place it in boiled water that has cooled to approximately 70 °C for 20–30 seconds, then bite down on it while it is over your teeth.
After 1–2 minutes, remove it and place it in cold water for 2–3 minutes. If it is too large, it can be trimmed.
