It is important to consider some basic rules before starting the challenge:

• Discuss each player's circumstances, setting their limits.
• Players must choose a safe word that they will use when they want to stop any of the actions taking place during the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants maintain a high level of trust in each other.
• There should be a dominant role and a submissive role that can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around the neck.
• You should not tie tightly.
• Scissors with rounded edges should be kept on hand in case the submissive feels overwhelmed.

The trials will increase in intensity as the days go by. It includes 30 cards measuring 110 x 110 mm.
