The Olympus single mouthguard fits over the upper teeth and is moulded by heating it in water. It is semi-rigid and made from a single layer of vinyl suitable for use in the mouth. It is intended for ages 11 and up.

To mould the mouthguard, let the water cool for 45 seconds after boiling, then place the mouthguard in it for 90 seconds. Next, fit it over the upper teeth and press for 20 seconds. Once moulded, leave it to cool under running water for 30 seconds. Do not chew it, so it retains its fit and durability.
