    Personally, for me, it is the best autofocus prime lens for the E mount.
    Lightweight lens, compact, very well balanced, amazing performance in low-light conditions at 1.2, although it is 100% what it delivers at 2-2.8 with amazing AF; I use it on the A7SIII and FX3 for video.
    It has absolutely no distortion, it does not focus close, but that is not a problem because you do not buy such a lens for that purpose. I think it should be part of the basic trio of every serious photographer and videographer.
    Personally, if I am going to use an autofocus lens, it is my first choice. An insanely sharp lens, the bokeh is incredible, truly.
    At 1.2 you need to be quite far away for the subject to be properly in focus; at 2 to 3.2 it is fantastic even if the subject is quite close. Autofocus is silent, and the focusing mechanism does not extend like the equivalent Canon RF.
    For the €2200 it costs, it is really a very good price for such a lens. I have also used the 1.4, but the truth is that the 1.2 is much better in almost everything, especially sharpness nothing comes close to it. The only disadvantage compared to the 1.4 is the roughly 200g extra.
    If the dilemma is 1.4 or 1.2, my opinion is clearly 1.2, as long as it is within your budget.
