The specialized engineers at BMC, using advanced software and the latest technologies, produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter must be very light, made from the best raw materials, and improve performance. Only woven alloys with an epoxy coating are used to protect against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to moisture. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low viscosity oil for better air permeability.
BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, producing the familiar red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
