Instructions:
500g flour, 400 ml lukewarm water, 25g yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 30g cooking oil. Mix until the ingredients are homogeneous (5 minutes) and pour the mixture into an oiled 1.5 lt container. Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 200 °C in the lower part of the oven for 20 minutes.
