Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher airflow compared to original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the pressure loss of airflow through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for maximum power exploitation.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and technologies to produce air filters. An F1 filter must be very light and enhance performance. For this reason, woven alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against fumes and oxidation. The filtering material consists of special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are constructed in a single piece with no welded joints, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," is important for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
