The BMC FB677/08 air filter is a cylindrical, high-flow air filter for the BMW X1. It features a multilayer structure made of cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil, helping to increase airflow and reduce pressure loss.

Its one-piece “Full Molding” construction is made of soft rubber and has no bonded joints. The epoxy coating protects the woven alloy mesh from petrol fumes and oxidation caused by moisture. The filter is washable and reusable.
