PRIME Series
The ASUS Prime series motherboards are expertly designed to fully unleash the potential of 11th and 10th generation Intel processors. Featuring robust power design, comprehensive cooling solutions, and intelligent tuning options, the Prime H510M-A provides everyday users and DIY PC builders with a range of performance tuning options through intuitive software and firmware features.
M.2 Heatsink
An M.2 drive is located under a passive heatsink to prevent throttling that can occur with continuous transfers. The heatsink is held in place with easily removable captive screws.
VRM Heatsink
The VRM heatsink with the thermal pad underneath improves heat transfer from the MOSFETs for better cooling performance.
Cooling Design
The Prime H510 series features comprehensive cooling controls that can be configured via the Fan Xpert 2+ software or through the UEFI BIOS.
Each header can dynamically reference three thermal sensors. Fan Xpert 2+ allows you to map the temperature of supported ASUS graphics cards to optimize cooling for GPU and CPU-intensive tasks.
A dedicated integrated circuit protects each fan header from overheating and overcurrent.
Each onboard fan header supports automatic detection of PWM or DC fans.
M.2 up to 32 Gbps
The M.2 unit supports x4 PCI Express 3.0 bandwidth, with data transfer speeds of up to 32Gb/s. It is the ideal choice for an operating system or application drive, making your entire computer or professional applications run as fast as possible.
PCIe 4.0
The ASUS H510 motherboards are specifically designed for 11th generation Intel Core CPUs and offer PCIe 4.0 connectivity for the latest GPUs. The high bandwidth and ultra-fast transfer speeds allow you to create feature-rich builds that can effortlessly handle high loads.
USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
Numerous USB ports support high-spec equipment loaded with peripherals, including USB Type-A sockets on the rear side with fast USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity for compatible cases.
Aura Sync
A well-tuned enthusiast system deserves a corresponding aesthetic. ASUS Aura offers full control of RGB lighting with a variety of functional presets for the strips connected to the integrated RGB headers - and all of this can be synchronized with an ever-growing portfolio of Aura-capable hardware.
Addressable Gen 2 RGB Header
Two addressable RGB Gen 2 headers are capable of detecting the number of LEDs in second-generation addressable RGB devices, allowing the software to automatically adjust lighting effects to specific devices. The new headers also offer backward compatibility with existing Aura RGB devices.
Armoury Crate
Armoury Crate is a new software utility designed to give you centralized control of supported products. From a single intuitive interface, Armoury Crate allows you to easily customize RGB lighting and effects for every compatible device in your arsenal.
The software also provides control of settings for an ever-growing number of ASUS products, including keyboard and mouse preferences. Armoury Crate even features dedicated product registration and news to help you stay in touch with the ASUS community.

In terms of functionality, it is good, there are no complaints. The VRMs are good, without the TDP limitations, it supports my 11400f up to 125W without any problem. The only negative aspect is the process with the RGB. The ASUS program (Armory Crate) seems to be connected to some extent firmware-wise with the motherboard and it is problematic. It has stopped reading the RGBs that I have on the motherboard and I need to use the old AURA program. So, as a motherboard, it is good, but the software for the RGB is terrible.
