Mandoline Swing PLUS by de Buyer in red color, made of stainless steel and polymer. Its length is 19.5 cm and width 11 cm. It is made in France.

The smooth stainless steel surface ensures excellent food sliding. The height is adjustable from 0.5 to 10 mm in 0.5 mm steps, allowing the cutting of smooth or wavy slices, as well as julienne pieces of 4 or 10 mm.

It features a double horizontal blade system, with a micro-serrated and grooved side. The micro-serrated side allows for the slicing of fruits and vegetables, while the grooved side is ideal for embossed cuts.

It comes with finger protection and an ergonomic pusher, as well as a non-slip foldable foot. Its maintenance is easy, with hand washing of the blade and dishwasher washing of the frame.
