Σε μητρικη με b560,h570, z590 chipset πάει οσο θέλεις, προτείνετε 3200mhz. Στo h510 chipset αν βάλεις πάνω απο 3200mhz, θα το ρίξει στα 3200mhz. Για μενα καλες επιλογες ειναι η asrock b560m pro4 και η msi b560m pro-vdh.
edit: εκανα ενα μικρο edit γιατι νομιζα οτι μιλουσαμε για τον i5-10400.
