I’m leaving my opinion for anyone who wants to have an idea before proceeding with the purchase, whether new or used.
I have it installed on a B560 TUF Gaming, with Vengeance RGB Pro 3200c16, and it’s paired with an RX 7800XT. It works incredibly well with the card, with no bottleneck at all on a 2K 165Hz monitor for 1440p gaming. At 1080p it might hold it back a little, but I don’t know for sure.
Temperature-wise, there’s nothing to worry about with a 35-euro cooler, even with unlocked power limits as I have it, where in Aida64 it drew up to 140W in a 5-minute stress test without the slightest sign of throttling, with the whole system absolutely stable!
So, it’s my favorite CPU and clearly faster than its predecessor, the 10400, with several more capabilities. I plan to keep it for years until I really have a reason for a serious upgrade, since so far I haven’t even come close to utilizing its full potential.

Εγώ τον έχω πάνω σε μια B560 TUF Gaming , με Vengeance RGB Pro 3200c16 και τον συνοδεύει μια RX 7800XT. Συνεργάζεται τρομερά με τη κάρτα χωρίς κανένα bottleneck σε ένα 2K 165Hz monitor για 1440p gaming. Σε 1080p ίσως να την κρατάει λίγο πίσω αλλά δεν το γνωρίζω.
Από θερμοκρασίες το παραμικρό με ένα cooler των 35 ευρώ , ακόμα και με ξεκλείδωτα τα power limits όπως τον έχω εγώ όπου σε Aida64 τράβηξε μέχρι και 140W σε 5' stress test χωρίς το παραμικρό ψεγάδι throttling με απόλυτο stability όλο το σύστημα!
Αγαπημένο λοιπόν cpu και εμφανώς ταχύτερο από τον προκάτοχο του 10400 με αρκετές παραπάνω δυνατότητες , σκοπεύω να τον κρατήσω για χρόνια μέχρι πραγματικά να έχω λόγο σοβαρής αναβάθμισης μιας και μέχρι στιγμής δεν τον έχω αξιοποιήσει ούτε καν κοντά στο μέγιστο των δυνατοτήτων του.

After 7 years, I decided to put aside the upgrade and build a new PC from scratch. I chose the Intel Core i5-11400 boxed processor for its excellent performance in mid-range gaming and demanding tasks. I also chose it for its powerful integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730, as I didn't want to spend more money on a graphics card. It will be installed on an MSI B560 Tomahawk WIFI motherboard and will be mainly used for Vegas Pro, Premiere Pro, heavy multitasking, and some gaming. The stock cooler is from Cooler Master and has good quality materials, but its fan is noisy. In demanding games, the processor's temperature increases significantly without throttling with the stock cooler, which fails to lower the high temperatures. The i5-11400 is an excellent investment for a mid-range PC. Μετά από 7 χρόνια αποφάσισα να αφήσω στην άκρη την αναβάθμιση και να συναρμολογήσω ένα καινούριο PC απο την αρχή. Διάλεξα τον επεξεργαστή Intel Core i5-11400 boxed για την πολύ καλή απόδοση του σε mid-range gaming και απαιτητικές εργασίες. Επίσης και για την ισχυρή ενσωματωμένη Intel UHD Graphics 730 αφού δεν ήθελα να ξοδέψω άλλα χρήματα για αγορά κάρτας γραφικών. Θα μπει σε μητρική MSI B560 Tomahawk WIFI και θα χρησιμοποιηθεί κυρίως για Vegas Pro, Premiere Pro, βαρύ mutlitasking και λίγο gaming. Η στοκ ψύκτρα είναι της Cooler Master έχοντας καλή ποιότητα υλικών, ο ανεμιστήρας της όμως κάνει θόρυβο. Σε απαιτητικά παιχνίδια η θερμοκρασία του επεξεργαστή αυξάνει πολύ, χωρίς να παρατηρείται throttling με την στοκ ψύκτρα που δεν καταφέρνει να ρίξει τις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες. I have to say that it is an excellent processor for its price. I use it for gaming and even now, without a graphics card, it can run several games to pass the time. If you combine it with a GTX 1650 (due to budget constraints, otherwise it would be much better with an RTX), which I will do, all games will run at 1080p. For regular use, it is flawless, the temperatures have not increased and there have been no issues. Of course, if you want to do gaming for a long period of time with its integrated graphics, I would not recommend it if you want to run AAA games or heavy ones, as it does not run them well and they are unplayable. Overall, it is a very good processor and I would recommend getting it if you want the PC for regular use and casual gaming.
Πρέπει να πω πως ειναι ενας άψογος επεξεργαστής για τα χρήματα του. Το PC τον χρησιμοποιώ για gaming και ακόμα και τώρα που δεν διαθέτω κάρτα γραφικών παίζει αρκετά παιχνίδια για να περνάς την ώρα σου. Αν τον συνδιάσεις με μια GTX 1650 (λόγο budget αλλιως θα ηταν πολύ καλύτερα με μια RTX) που θα κανω εγω θα τρέχουν ολα τα παιχνίδια σε 1080p. Για απλή χρήση είναι άψογος δεν έχουν ανέβει οι θερμοκρασίες και δεν υπήρχαν προβλήματα. Βέβαια αν θες να κανεις gaming για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα με τα ενσωματωμένα γραφικά του δεν θα το συνιστούσα αν θες να τρέξεις AAA παιχνίδια ή κάποια βαριά διότι δεν τα τρέχει καλα και είναι unplayable. Γενικά είναι ένας πολύ καλος επεξεργαστής θα συνιστούσα να τον πάρετε αν θέλετε το PC για απλή χρήση και χαλαρό gaming.
I wanted a modern processor with integrated graphics. I'm not a gamer. So I think it's one of the best choices for everyday PC use and office work, as well as light gaming. This particular package also comes with an INTEL cooler. Processor temperature during light use is 36 degrees. It will definitely be relevant for at least the next 5 years. If you want a good graphics card these days, you will pay as much as you paid for the whole PC at least. That is if you are a demanding gamer. If you want a 12th generation one, besides the increased CPU cost, you will also pay dearly for the motherboard...
΄Ήθελα έναν σύγχρονο επεξεργαστή με ενσωματωμένα γραφικά. Δεν είμαι gamer. Οπότε νομίζω είναι μια απο τις καλύτερες επιλογές για pc καθημερινής χρήσης και δουλειές γραφείου, καθώς και ελαφρύ gaming. Η συγκεκριμένη συσκευασία έρχεται και με ψύκτρα απο INTEL. Θερμοκρασία επεξεργαστή σε ελαφρά χρήση 36 βαθμοί. Σίγουρα θα είναι επίκαιρος για τα επόμενα 5 χρόνια τουλάχιστον. Αν θέλετε και μια καλή κάρτα γραφικών στις μέρες μας, θα πληρώσετε όσο πληρώσατε για όλο το PC μαζί τουλάχιστον. Αυτό αν είσαι τίποτα απαιτητικός gamer. Αν θέλεις τελευταίας 12ης γενιάς, εκτός απο το αυξημένο κόστος CPU θα πληρώσεις και ακριβά την Motherboard...
Upgrade from 4690 and while I thought I was fine... my computer completely changed. I don't do OC and I play few games, but I have the feeling that whatever I "throw" at the processor, it will devour it.

For its price, it's really the best. If you want better performance, go for the i7 11600k. Anyway, this one is perfect for gaming. I had it with a 1660 oc and it ran high graphics at 1440p at 80-85 fps in Warzone. The graphics card is mainly responsible for these performances. Recently, I switched to a 3080ti and with the same settings, I saw a difference of 40-50 fps (130-135 fps). All this to show that it doesn't bottleneck even the best GPU. If you need a CPU for video editing and rendering, go for an i7 or even an i9 if you can afford it, but for gaming, this one is more than enough.
Για τα λεφτά του είναι ότι καλύτερο πραγματικά. Αν θέλεις καλύτερες επιδόσεις πας σε i7 11600k. Παντός ο συγκεκριμένος για gaming είναι ότι πρέπει. Τον είχα με μια 1660 oc και έτρεχε high γραφικά 1440p στα 80-85 fps στο Warzone. Για αυτές τις αποδώσεις ευθύνεται κύριος η κάρτα γραφικών. Πρόσφατα αλλαξα σε μια 3080ti και με τα ίδια settings είδα διαφορά 40-50 fps ( 130-135 fps ). Όλα αυτά για να δειξω ότι δεν κάνει bottle neck ούτε την καλύτερη gpu. Αν θες cpu για video editing και rendering πήγανε σε έναν i7 η ακόμα και σε έναν i9 αν έχεις το beget, αλλά για gaming ο συγκεκριμένος είναι υπεραρκετός.
I would recommend it. It is a very good processor and it pairs well with graphics cards like the RTX 3060 or a 6600 XT. It is better than the Ryzen 5 3600 and 3600x and is priced around the same, if not lower.

For me, the processor is simply amazing. I have it with an ASUS B560M motherboard and 16GB of RAM. I haven't installed a graphics card yet because their prices have skyrocketed. για εμένα ο επεξεργαστής τα σπάει απλά, το εχω με μια μητρική Β560Μ της ασους και 16GB ram ακόμα δεν του εχω βάλει κάρτα γραφικών λογο που έχουν παει στον θεο οι τιμές τους.. απο θερμοκρασία με πολύ ωρα χρήση έφτασε δεν έφτασε τους 50 βαθμούς... μετά απο πολύ καιρό ψάξιμο κατέληξα σε αυτόν.. In combination with an Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO, it maintains low temperatures even after long heavy use (AutoCad/gaming, often simultaneously) and has not experienced any freezing.
The maximum temperature after several hours of CPU-intensive gaming reached 65 °C.

Σε συνδυασμό με μια Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO διατηρείται σε χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες ακόμα και μετά από πολύωρη βαριά χρήση (AutoCad/gaming, πολλές φορές ταυτόχρονα) και δεν έχει εμφανίσει κάποιο κόλλημα.
Μέγιστη θερμοκρασία μετά από αρκετές ώρες CPU-intensive παιχνιδιού έφτασε τους 65 °C.
I have it for about 1 month. I upgraded from Ryzen 5 3600. In games, there are small differences, in temperatures it is indeed cooler. However, the price difference, 120e for Ryzen and around 215 for 11400, is not justified at all...

I have to say that it is an excellent processor for its price. I use it for gaming and even now, without a graphics card, it can run several games to pass the time. If you combine it with a GTX 1650 (due to budget constraints, otherwise it would be much better with an RTX), which I will do, all games will run at 1080p. For regular use, it is flawless, the temperatures have not increased and there have been no issues. Of course, if you want to do gaming for a long period of time with its integrated graphics, I would not recommend it if you want to run AAA games or heavy ones, as it does not run them well and they are unplayable. Overall, it is a very good processor and I would recommend getting it if you want the PC for regular use and casual gaming.

Το PC τον χρησιμοποιώ για gaming και ακόμα και τώρα που δεν διαθέτω κάρτα γραφικών παίζει αρκετά παιχνίδια για να περνάς την ώρα σου. Αν τον συνδιάσεις με μια GTX 1650 (λόγο budget αλλιως θα ηταν πολύ καλύτερα με μια RTX) που θα κανω εγω θα τρέχουν ολα τα παιχνίδια σε 1080p. Για απλή χρήση είναι άψογος δεν έχουν ανέβει οι θερμοκρασίες και δεν υπήρχαν προβλήματα. Βέβαια αν θες να κανεις gaming για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα με τα ενσωματωμένα γραφικά του δεν θα το συνιστούσα αν θες να τρέξεις AAA παιχνίδια ή κάποια βαριά διότι δεν τα τρέχει καλα και είναι unplayable. Γενικά είναι ένας πολύ καλος επεξεργαστής θα συνιστούσα να τον πάρετε αν θέλετε το PC για απλή χρήση και χαλαρό gaming.

I’m leaving my opinion for anyone who wants to have an idea before proceeding with the purchase, whether new or used.
I have it installed on a B560 TUF Gaming, with Vengeance RGB Pro 3200c16, and it’s paired with an RX 7800XT. It works incredibly well with the card, with no bottleneck at all on a 2K 165Hz monitor for 1440p gaming. At 1080p it might hold it back a little, but I don’t know for sure.
Temperature-wise, there’s nothing to worry about with a 35-euro cooler, even with unlocked power limits as I have it, where in Aida64 it drew up to 140W in a 5-minute stress test without the slightest sign of throttling, with the whole system absolutely stable!
So, it’s my favorite CPU and clearly faster than its predecessor, the 10400, with several more capabilities. I plan to keep it for years until I really have a reason for a serious upgrade, since so far I haven’t even come close to utilizing its full potential.

Αφήνω την άποψη μου , για όποιον θελήσει να έχει μια εικόνα πριν προχωρήσει στην αγορά του είτε σε καινούργιο είτε σε μεταχειρισμένο.
Εγώ τον έχω πάνω σε μια B560 TUF Gaming , με Vengeance RGB Pro 3200c16 και τον συνοδεύει μια RX 7800XT. Συνεργάζεται τρομερά με τη κάρτα χωρίς κανένα bottleneck σε ένα 2K 165Hz monitor για 1440p gaming. Σε 1080p ίσως να την κρατάει λίγο πίσω αλλά δεν το γνωρίζω.
Από θερμοκρασίες το παραμικρό με ένα cooler των 35 ευρώ , ακόμα και με ξεκλείδωτα τα power limits όπως τον έχω εγώ όπου σε Aida64 τράβηξε μέχρι και 140W σε 5' stress test χωρίς το παραμικρό ψεγάδι throttling με απόλυτο stability όλο το σύστημα!
Αγαπημένο λοιπόν cpu και εμφανώς ταχύτερο από τον προκάτοχο του 10400 με αρκετές παραπάνω δυνατότητες , σκοπεύω να τον κρατήσω για χρόνια μέχρι πραγματικά να έχω λόγο σοβαρής αναβάθμισης μιας και μέχρι στιγμής δεν τον έχω αξιοποιήσει ούτε καν κοντά στο μέγιστο των δυνατοτήτων του.

After 7 years, I decided to put aside the upgrade and build a new PC from scratch. I chose the Intel Core i5-11400 boxed processor for its excellent performance in mid-range gaming and demanding tasks. I also chose it for its powerful integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730, as I didn't want to spend more money on a graphics card. It will be installed on an MSI B560 Tomahawk WIFI motherboard and will be mainly used for Vegas Pro, Premiere Pro, heavy multitasking, and some gaming. The stock cooler is from Cooler Master and has good quality materials, but its fan is noisy. In demanding games, the processor's temperature increases significantly without throttling with the stock cooler, which fails to lower the high temperatures. The i5-11400 is an excellent investment for a mid-range PC. Μετά από 7 χρόνια αποφάσισα να αφήσω στην άκρη την αναβάθμιση και να συναρμολογήσω ένα καινούριο PC απο την αρχή. Διάλεξα τον επεξεργαστή Intel Core i5-11400 boxed για την πολύ καλή απόδοση του σε mid-range gaming και απαιτητικές εργασίες. Επίσης και για την ισχυρή ενσωματωμένη Intel UHD Graphics 730 αφού δεν ήθελα να ξοδέψω άλλα χρήματα για αγορά κάρτας γραφικών. Θα μπει σε μητρική MSI B560 Tomahawk WIFI και θα χρησιμοποιηθεί κυρίως για Vegas Pro, Premiere Pro, βαρύ mutlitasking και λίγο gaming. Η στοκ ψύκτρα είναι της Cooler Master έχοντας καλή ποιότητα υλικών, ο ανεμιστήρας της όμως κάνει θόρυβο. I wanted a modern processor with integrated graphics. I'm not a gamer. So I think it's one of the best choices for everyday PC use and office work, as well as light gaming. This particular package also comes with an INTEL cooler. Processor temperature during light use is 36 degrees. It will definitely be relevant for at least the next 5 years. If you want a good graphics card these days, you will pay as much as you paid for the whole PC at least. That is if you are a demanding gamer. If you want a 12th generation one, besides the increased CPU cost, you will also pay dearly for the motherboard...
΄Ήθελα έναν σύγχρονο επεξεργαστή με ενσωματωμένα γραφικά. Δεν είμαι gamer. Οπότε νομίζω είναι μια απο τις καλύτερες επιλογές για pc καθημερινής χρήσης και δουλειές γραφείου, καθώς και ελαφρύ gaming. Η συγκεκριμένη συσκευασία έρχεται και με ψύκτρα απο INTEL. Θερμοκρασία επεξεργαστή σε ελαφρά χρήση 36 βαθμοί. Σίγουρα θα είναι επίκαιρος για τα επόμενα 5 χρόνια τουλάχιστον. Αν θέλετε και μια καλή κάρτα γραφικών στις μέρες μας, θα πληρώσετε όσο πληρώσατε για όλο το PC μαζί τουλάχιστον. Αυτό αν είσαι τίποτα απαιτητικός gamer. Αν θέλεις τελευταίας 12ης γενιάς, εκτός απο το αυξημένο κόστος CPU θα πληρώσεις και ακριβά την Motherboard...
Upgrade from 4690 and while I thought I was fine... my computer completely changed. I don't do OC and I play few games, but I have the feeling that whatever I "throw" at the processor, it will devour it.

For its price, it's really the best. If you want better performance, go for the i7 11600k. Anyway, this one is perfect for gaming. I had it with a 1660 oc and it ran high graphics at 1440p at 80-85 fps in Warzone. The graphics card is mainly responsible for these performances. Recently, I switched to a 3080ti and with the same settings, I saw a difference of 40-50 fps (130-135 fps). All this to show that it doesn't bottleneck even the best GPU. If you need a CPU for video editing and rendering, go for an i7 or even an i9 if you can afford it, but for gaming, this one is more than enough.
Για τα λεφτά του είναι ότι καλύτερο πραγματικά. Αν θέλεις καλύτερες επιδόσεις πας σε i7 11600k. Παντός ο συγκεκριμένος για gaming είναι ότι πρέπει. Τον είχα με μια 1660 oc και έτρεχε high γραφικά 1440p στα 80-85 fps στο Warzone. Για αυτές τις αποδώσεις ευθύνεται κύριος η κάρτα γραφικών. Πρόσφατα αλλαξα σε μια 3080ti και με τα ίδια settings είδα διαφορά 40-50 fps ( 130-135 fps ). Όλα αυτά για να δειξω ότι δεν κάνει bottle neck ούτε την καλύτερη gpu. Αν θες cpu για video editing και rendering πήγανε σε έναν i7 η ακόμα και σε έναν i9 αν έχεις το beget, αλλά για gaming ο συγκεκριμένος είναι υπεραρκετός.
I would recommend it. It is a very good processor and it pairs well with graphics cards like the RTX 3060 or a 6600 XT. It is better than the Ryzen 5 3600 and 3600x and is priced around the same, if not lower.

For me, the processor is simply amazing. I have it with an ASUS B560M motherboard and 16GB of RAM. I haven't installed a graphics card yet because their prices have skyrocketed. In combination with an Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO, it maintains low temperatures even after long heavy use (AutoCad/gaming, often simultaneously) and has not experienced any freezing.
The maximum temperature after several hours of CPU-intensive gaming reached 65 °C.

Σε συνδυασμό με μια Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO διατηρείται σε χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες ακόμα και μετά από πολύωρη βαριά χρήση (AutoCad/gaming, πολλές φορές ταυτόχρονα) και δεν έχει εμφανίσει κάποιο κόλλημα.
Μέγιστη θερμοκρασία μετά από αρκετές ώρες CPU-intensive παιχνιδιού έφτασε τους 65 °C.
I have it for about 1 month. I upgraded from Ryzen 5 3600. In games, there are small differences, in temperatures it is indeed cooler. However, the price difference, 120e for Ryzen and around 215 for 11400, is not justified at all...

Εγώ τον έχω πάνω σε μια B560 TUF Gaming , με Vengeance RGB Pro 3200c16 και τον συνοδεύει μια RX 7800XT. Συνεργάζεται τρομερά με τη κάρτα χωρίς κανένα bottleneck σε ένα 2K 165Hz monitor για 1440p gaming. Σε 1080p ίσως να την κρατάει λίγο πίσω αλλά δεν το γνωρίζω.
Από θερμοκρασίες το παραμικρό με ένα cooler των 35 ευρώ , ακόμα και με ξεκλείδωτα τα power limits όπως τον έχω εγώ όπου σε Aida64 τράβηξε μέχρι και 140W σε 5' stress test χωρίς το παραμικρό ψεγάδι throttling με απόλυτο stability όλο το σύστημα!
Αγαπημένο λοιπόν cpu και εμφανώς ταχύτερο από τον προκάτοχο του 10400 με αρκετές παραπάνω δυνατότητες , σκοπεύω να τον κρατήσω για χρόνια μέχρι πραγματικά να έχω λόγο σοβαρής αναβάθμισης μιας και μέχρι στιγμής δεν τον έχω αξιοποιήσει ούτε καν κοντά στο μέγιστο των δυνατοτήτων του.

After 7 years, I decided to put aside the upgrade and build a new PC from scratch. I chose the Intel Core i5-11400 boxed processor for its excellent performance in mid-range gaming and demanding tasks. I also chose it for its powerful integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730, as I didn't want to spend more money on a graphics card. It will be installed on an MSI B560 Tomahawk WIFI motherboard and will be mainly used for Vegas Pro, Premiere Pro, heavy multitasking, and some gaming. The stock cooler is from Cooler Master and has good quality materials, but its fan is noisy. In demanding games, the processor's temperature increases significantly without throttling with the stock cooler, which fails to lower the high temperatures. The i5-11400 is an excellent investment for a mid-range PC. Μετά από 7 χρόνια αποφάσισα να αφήσω στην άκρη την αναβάθμιση και να συναρμολογήσω ένα καινούριο PC απο την αρχή. Διάλεξα τον επεξεργαστή Intel Core i5-11400 boxed για την πολύ καλή απόδοση του σε mid-range gaming και απαιτητικές εργασίες. Επίσης και για την ισχυρή ενσωματωμένη Intel UHD Graphics 730 αφού δεν ήθελα να ξοδέψω άλλα χρήματα για αγορά κάρτας γραφικών. Θα μπει σε μητρική MSI B560 Tomahawk WIFI και θα χρησιμοποιηθεί κυρίως για Vegas Pro, Premiere Pro, βαρύ mutlitasking και λίγο gaming. Η στοκ ψύκτρα είναι της Cooler Master έχοντας καλή ποιότητα υλικών, ο ανεμιστήρας της όμως κάνει θόρυβο. Σε απαιτητικά παιχνίδια η θερμοκρασία του επεξεργαστή αυξάνει πολύ, χωρίς να παρατηρείται throttling με την στοκ ψύκτρα που δεν καταφέρνει να ρίξει τις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες. Ο i5-11400 ειναι εξαιρετική επένδυση για ένα μέσης κατηγορίας PC. I have to say that it is an excellent processor for its price. I use it for gaming and even now, without a graphics card, it can run several games to pass the time. If you combine it with a GTX 1650 (due to budget constraints, otherwise it would be much better with an RTX), which I will do, all games will run at 1080p. For regular use, it is flawless, the temperatures have not increased and there have been no issues. Of course, if you want to do gaming for a long period of time with its integrated graphics, I would not recommend it if you want to run AAA games or heavy ones, as it does not run them well and they are unplayable. Overall, it is a very good processor and I would recommend getting it if you want the PC for regular use and casual gaming.
Πρέπει να πω πως ειναι ενας άψογος επεξεργαστής για τα χρήματα του. Το PC τον χρησιμοποιώ για gaming και ακόμα και τώρα που δεν διαθέτω κάρτα γραφικών παίζει αρκετά παιχνίδια για να περνάς την ώρα σου. Αν τον συνδιάσεις με μια GTX 1650 (λόγο budget αλλιως θα ηταν πολύ καλύτερα με μια RTX) που θα κανω εγω θα τρέχουν ολα τα παιχνίδια σε 1080p. Για απλή χρήση είναι άψογος δεν έχουν ανέβει οι θερμοκρασίες και δεν υπήρχαν προβλήματα. Βέβαια αν θες να κανεις gaming για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα με τα ενσωματωμένα γραφικά του δεν θα το συνιστούσα αν θες να τρέξεις AAA παιχνίδια ή κάποια βαριά διότι δεν τα τρέχει καλα και είναι unplayable. Γενικά είναι ένας πολύ καλος επεξεργαστής θα συνιστούσα να τον πάρετε αν θέλετε το PC για απλή χρήση και χαλαρό gaming.
