Είναι το ίδιο hub όποτε όχι (έχει QR code για να το συνδέσεις στο HomeKit), εγώ έχω αγοράσει αυτή την κάμερα σαν hub ώστε να συνδέσω κάτι wireless switches μέσω zigbee στο apple HomeKit

Δηλαδή όταν είσαι εκτός σπιτιού βλέπεις live την κάμερα;
Ναι μέσω Apple HomeKit app ή του Aqara app.
