It toasts evenly and has a nice appearance. My issue is that from the beginning, the toast would stick very easily on top, even without touching it with a knife, causing the non-stick coating to start rubbing off. I have had it for a short period of 2-3 months and I am already considering replacing it because it has many scratches (caused by sesame seeds and crumbs that remained inside).

I am not satisfied. It is SLOW, very slow, at least 15-20' to toast the sandwich. The top part is very light and does not press the sandwich at all, and if you press it with your hand from the handle, it also has a handy sponge because it flips over for fun. It looks sturdy but it is not, personally I am looking for the next one to replace it.

Using non-stick paper all the time to avoid getting it dirty, after a month the color has come off the plates. It takes a long time to toast sandwiches and you have to hold it by the handle to close it. It looks sturdy but it isn't!

It is beautiful but after only one month of use, it sticks directly to the bread from the outside and inside. It is inedible. I do not recommend it at all

It is firstly so beautiful! A jewel in our kitchen. It also toasts our sandwiches perfectly and with oven-baked bread that is harder. I definitely recommend it!
