Ron Cubay is a result of human collaboration which was created in 1964 with the aim of continuing the tradition and preserving the customs and traditions of the country. From the beginning, it was considered the pearl of Cuba and was intended only for domestic consumption, as its production process is considered a cultural heritage of the state. The smoothness of its taste and its quality make it unique and unforgettable.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, it has aromas of toffee and red pepper. On the palate, it has a smooth sensation, while the light creamy toffee balances with the black pepper. There are also some herbal flavors. In the finish, there are flavors of vanilla and spices.

Production

The rum ages for 3 years before bottling in North American White Oak barrels.

Served

It is drunk neat with ice and in wonderful cocktails with cola.
