Βάζεις ένα φορτιστή κινητού τηλεφώνου (ακόμη και παλιού) αρκεί να βγάζει 5 volt 2 ampere ενώ ρεύμα ο φορτιστής θα πάρει από την ίδια παροχή του μοτέρ γκαραζόπορτας, έτσι και αλλιώς όλα τα περελκόμενα τοποθετούνται πλησίον της πλακέτας πίνακα και του μοτέρ.
